The COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges for nearly all businesses throughout Australia and around the world. Swift escalation of government-imposed restriction and calls for self-isolation have forced business leaders to rapidly make decisions about staffing needs, work locations, task allocations, and more.
Our research team, comprised of world-renown scholars and experts in organisational sciences from Curtin University and University of Sydney, is conducting interviews with organisational leaders to learn how staffing needs have changed and are changing as a result of the pandemic. In particular, we are interested in the actions and decisions leaders are taking to meet the needs of their workplace. These interviews will shed light on current practices and identify lessons learned and opportunities for employers and workers in the future.
We invite you to participate in this study, which entails an approximately 20-minute interview.
We are interested in talking to leaders from a wide range of business. If you know of other business leaders who may be interested in being interviewed for this study, please feel free either to share this invitation with them or share their contact information with us.
