The Centre for Transformative Work Design invites submissions on emerging innovations related to work design
Work design has never been more important. Many sectors face high levels of staff burnout, employers struggle to understand how to address psychosocial risks, and many stakeholders are unsure how AI, Chat GPT and other transformative technologies will impact work. This 2-day, in-person event will bring together academics and practitioners to discuss the latest research and industry perspectives on transforming work for the better.
Submission types and guidelines
Submissions will be assessed by the conference committee and are judged on clarity, innovation, contribution, and overall quality.
Oral sessions are approximately 15 minutes and organised in concurrent themed sessions. Delegates can submit abstracts in which data collection and/or analyses have not been finalised, however the research/project should be completed by the conference date. Poster presentations will suit work that are in- progress or contain emerging ideas. Note that the committee will determine the presentation type by taking account of the authors’ preference, the topic and completeness of the paper, as well as the overall quality/number of submissions. Authors will receive notification of type of presentation by 10 October 2023.
Interested authors should submit:
-
Submission title
-
Short bios of presenter(s) and/or author(s)
-
Abstract summary (150 words)
-
An extended abstract of up to 3 pages (PDF format - single spacing acceptable, excluding appendices and references)
Submit your application via the button below.
