As part of their business segment, Taking Care of Business, Jane Hebiton from RTR FM interviewed Professor Sharon K Parker about her research around wise proactivity.

"Proactive is a such a buzz words these days that it has lost a little of it’s meaning. However, new research by Curtin University shows that truly self-motivated employees who are wise, make good judgement calls and are sensible thinkers are more likely to succeed in the workplace. Prof Sharon Parker talks to us about what proactivity is, why it’s good for workplaces and its limitations."
