Professor Sharon Parker, the Director of the Centre for Transformative Work Design, presented to an audience of over 150 guests at UWA's University Club this week.
Sharon's presentation covered four key topics:
1) What is work design and why does it matter?
2) Is there untapped potential for work design?
3) If work design is so important, what can we do about it?
4) How will work change in the future, and what is the role of work design in this change?
