Investigating the impact of an organisational-led flexible working intervention on

This study aims to assess the impact of the implementation of a flexible working policy in a public sector organisation in Perth, WA. In particular, we are interested in how the intervention impacts communication, well-being, and performance. This project is currently in the pilot stages.
