Job crafting: A new approach of work redesign by employees
Project Brief

This project has three main aims. Firstly, to clarify the theoretical construct of job crafting and to bring together two different job crafting perspectives; secondly, to investigate when and why employees engage in different types of job crafting, especially demands crafting; thirdly, to investigate the effects of different types of job crafting.
