The impact of a job crafting intervention on
work design, learning and well-being

Project Brief

This study aims to assess the impact of a job crafting intervention on work design, well-being, learning and performance over time. We are particularly interested in whether and how job crafting behaviours learned during the intervention are transferred to the workplace and change individuals’ work design. This study is currently in the pilot stages.
